The Frame: Exciting Highways

How do we make our highways more memorable? Can these become useful spaces? Spaces that are memorable and impactful to the many motorists who traffic through them? How can we frame these gateways into our cities? The Frame is a visioning exercise made for the City of Winnipeg to examine the possibilities of our highways as impactful, useful and meaningful spaces.
